Our Vision

The Crash Pad’s vision is to inspire musicians of all generations to use their gifts for God’s glory.

As a ministry within Circle Drive Alliance Church we believe in the values, vision, mission and purpose of Circle Drive Alliance Church.

Our Mission

The Crash Pad exists to develop the next generation of worshipers through music, mentorship, and spiritual formation. Our mission is to help individuals grow in their love for God, discover their unique musical gifts, and learn to lead others in authentic, Christ centered worship. We equip participants with the skills, knowledge, and support needed to lead with excellence, creativity, and humility. Rooted in faith and a servant’s heart, we aim to inspire and empower worshipers to impact their churches and communities for God’s glory.
